Dr. Javed Iqbal is professional Engineer having over 50 years’ experience in founding and leading corporations in industry sectors including Electrical Infrastructure Construction and Consultancy, Environmental Services and IT business. Dr. Javed Iqbal has served in several multi-million dollar turnover corporations in Pakistan, UAE and Canada at senior positions. He also served in WAPDA as Director. As the Chairman of Fescon, he is responsible to the board for the successful operation and management of the company. He holds a Ph.D degree in Engineering from USA, a postgraduate Diploma in Project Management, a graduate Diploma in the Environment from Canada and is also a first registered Electrical Engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council in Pakistan and is also graduate of the UET Lahore. Some main projects on his credit are Electrical Design/Supervision Consultant of Burj Al khalifa Dubai, Mall of Dubai, Design for modification/improvement of existing electric network of Doha city, Planning, Installation/commissioning of complete MV and LV power network system of a new emerging city of Al-Ain (UAE) and industrial city of Yanbu (Saudi Arabia)involving the commissioning of about 220 electric substations, Electrification of 625 villages in Pakistan, Renovation/construction of electric network in  Lahore and Faisalabad power system as Xen and then PD WAPDA.

Engr. Ehsan Ullah Laang has over 12 years’ experience gained in Design and construction Supervision of electrification of mega projects for Housing Schemes and buildings infrastructure, electric Power distribution and transmission networks in Pakistan. He has vast experience in operation and maintenance of Electrical Power Distribution System. With both a practical and innovative approach to problem-solving, he brings a range of skills and attributes to Fescon team. Key areas of expertise include influencing and negotiating project, procurement services, commitment to continuous improvement, Planning and execution of Multi Million projects. He founder and managing partner of ARECO. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree, post graduate courses in Project Management. The main projects on his credit are External Electrification Works of DHA, Master City, Al-Rehman Garden, Al-Raziq Garden, Bismillah Housing Scheme, S.A Garden, PAF Falcon Complex Lahore, Falcon Enclave Cant, Eden Housing, DHA, Al-Jalil Garden Housing Scheme, Sufi City Mandi Baha U Din and Khayaban-E-Nawab Narowal.
